How do I view/change my current plan?
Visit Manage Profile:
a. Go to briefingmonthly.asiasociety.org and log in at the top right-hand side of the page.
b. Click on Manage Profile icon at the top right-hand corner of this page.
Under Your current plan you’ll see the details of your current package.
Click on Change plan should you wish to upgrade or Cancel paid subscription to cancel your subscription.
Once you select a new plan, you’ll be prompted to confirm the change before proceeding.
Will I get a receipt after payment?
Yes — after completing a paid subscription, you will receive a confirmation email including your receipt. You can also download receipts or payment history through your account settings.
Payment information - how do I update my card or billing details?
To update your payment information (such as credit/debit card details), you can do so through your profile management page. This allows you to add a new card or update an existing one.
How do I update my personal or contact information?
To update your email address or other personal details, log in to your subscriber account. Under Account Profile click on the three dots button at the top right corner to edit your profile. You can update details like:
Email address
First name
Last name
Keeping your information up-to-date ensures you receive Briefing MONTHLY and subscription notices correctly.
How do subscription renewals work?
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) using the payment method you provided when you signed up. If a payment doesn’t succeed (for example, due to an expired card), your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
You can manage your subscription at any time – including cancelling or switching between monthly and annual plans – through your account settings. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and it will not renew after that.
